What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3 pm on the day of your arrival.
What time is check-out?
Our standard check-out time is 12 noon
Can I organise an early check-in?
Your room is guaranteed for arrival from 3pm.
An earlier check-in time may be arranged if available - Please contact the team at info@celticross.com or 023 88 48722 to organise. Should your room not be availabile on your arrival, our reception team would be delighted to arrange storage of your luggage, whilst you take the time to explore what the Rosscarbery has to offer.
Can I organise a late check-out?
Yes, we do accommodate late check-out for our guests. We provide complimentary late check-outs up to 1 pm. Please advise us on check-in if you would like to avail of this service. Also, if you wish to check-out later than 1 pm, additional charges will apply. All Late check-out is subject to availability.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before and after Check-in/Check-Out?
Yes, we provide luggage storage facilities before and after check-in/ check-out.
Does the hotel have a car park and is it included in the rate?
To ensure the comfort & safety of our guests, we have car park facilities available in the Hotel premises. This car park is available free of cost for all residents.
Are pets permitted?
Only certified guide dogs are permitted in our hotel.
Is internet access available?
Yes, our guests have complimentary access to our hotel’s Wi-Fi.
What time is breakfast served & what type of breakfast do you serve?
We serve a delicious traditional Irish breakfast made to order with a continental cold option at the following times:
07:30 – 10.30 Monday - Sunday
For guests booked to stay on room only basis breakfast can be added to your booking on check in.
